All mattresses purchased from Avenco have a 100 nights risk-free trial.The simple and quick process with returns and exchange. The mailing address for the return and exchange will be provided by mail after submitting the application. Free and easy return if with quality issues.
HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
Please email us to initiate a return or an exchange with your order number within 100 days of trial by support@avencohome.com. We will provide further assistance to exchange or return your item.Orders from remote region may be charged an extra shipping fee, depending on the distance from our fulfillment center and the intended delivery address.
Please note that we offer a 100-day full refund policy in the event that you are unsatisfied with the quality of the ordered product. In case of a return request, please contact our Customer Service to inform us and allow for us to create a shipping label free of charge.
In the event return for any other reason than stated above, Avenco will not be held accountable for providing a refund, return label or other costs resulting into the request for return.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Once we received your return tracking information, we will go ahead and issue your refund back to your original method of payment.
IS IT FREE RETURN WITHOUT SHIPPING COST?
Avenco support free return within 100-Night trial for the mattress that placed on our official brand website. But please contact the retailer to follow its return policy if you purchase from other stores.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN MY PURCHASE?
During the trial period, if you are not satisfied with our products, you can request a return anytime.
As your body may need time to get used to the new bedding. We hope you can give our products a trial period of at least two months.
100 Days Trial：
Avenco® offer free return & exchange service of mattress within 100-Night trial. Love it or your money back, simple as it. But before making a good choice, we suggest you sleep on new mattress at least 30 nights to adjust it just like new running shoes also need a break-in period.
Return & Exchange Procedure:
Please email us at support@avencohome.com to initiate a return or an exchange. We will provide further assistance to exchange or return your item. To be eligible for a return/an exchange we will request valid proofs of purchase (such as your order confirmation email, order number, or name) and product photos. Once approved, you have 30 days to complete the process. Return and exchange privileges will forfeit after 30 days.
Refund:
Once we received your returned product and confirmed it to be in good condition. The fund may be processed fully back to your account in 5 - 10 days.
